Create & Cultivate Los Angeles 2018

A few months ago I bought my very first ticket to the Create & Cultivate conference. I had been following them for a couple years and meant to attend their Seattle event in 2017, but waited too long to purchase my ticket, and unfortunately missed it. So I kept my eye on their event and blog and paid attention for when the next one would be announced.

Not much later they announced their L.A. event and that one of their keynote speakers was going to be Lauren Conrad and her best friend and co-founder of The Little Market, Hannah Skvarla. I didn’t hesitate at all. I bought my first ticket.

As I waited for February 24th to roll around they kept announcing their lineup…Kim Kardashian and Chrissy Tiegen were their other keynote speakers! I was so excited I snagged my ticket when I did, because they sold out quickly! (If you plan to attend one – be sure you don’t hesistate on the ticket.

I went this last weekend, took a weekend away from mom-life and ventured to the city of Angels to be inspired and motivated by amazing entrepreneurs and influencers. It was incredible and I honestly couldn’t have hoped for a more fun even to attend. I had the VIP badge which provided best Keynote speaker seating and killer swag!

There were amazing pop-up shops that were beautifully designed, a beauty lounge where you can get pampered with professional make-up and hair artists at your disposal to make you look incredible at any point in the day. There was a ton of visual eye candy and so many places to take perfect instagram shots! They had 2 speakers locations, mentors and plenty of food and snacks to keep you going throughout the day. (The only thing missing for this NW girl was significant amounts of coffee).

It was a very full and beautiful day – and though their schedule felt overwhelming, once I was actually at the event and walked around a bit I felt like I was able to see and do everything I wanted. I even got to meet some of the speakers and get selfies!

If you’ve been considering going or on the fence I recommend it. It’s a lot in one day – and you will end up exhausted so give yourself a day to recoup and get back into your level of norm. Especially if your introverted like me. It’s an energy drainer, but there is a lot of places to go be on your own and zone out a bit to recharge. So though its a lot it felt easy and comfortable.

Here are some pics from teh C&C website and a couple of my own:
